I Think the drugs just suppress your hunger rather than feeding you. So basically Clyde has not eaten anything for 2 days and is probably starving himself to death. If we assume blood has the same effects as water for vampires rather than food. He could probably go one or two more days before possibly dieing.

On the other hand, if it's like food, it would be more like a couple weeks...but either way, he doesn't look too hot right now.
