I had a part where I had to sing the last part of the twelve days of christmas from the light/sound booth because that's the only place where the microphone works. The mic was busted that day and I had to project bigtime. I was in 8th grade and wasn't used to singing the right way like I am now, and I instinctively leaned out and almost fell. I kept singing so that's good.

Heh... I did a christmas charol, and we suprized all the audience by doucing them with fake snow from the APs when Tiny Tim said 'it's snowing!'

then we had to clean ALL of it up from the seats and floor so the audience the next day didn't know about it.

OMFG, you know what happened once? Some kid in the front row brought his CD Walkman with him and was playing it so loud we could hear it up on stage. He can no longer walk.
