When I get really tired my eyes will lose focus. Mine do a force focus as well, but it's not a rough strain. I have strong eye muscles. =D

Well, I got sick of having to afford new glasses all the time... so I just saved up and got the surgery... now I am glass-free... it's really annoying in the morning when I'm really tired, though and I'm searching with my hand for my glasses along the bench for about fifteen minutes... then realise I don't have them any more...

I still have the first pair of glasses I got, back in Grade 4.... somewhere....

I... uh... accidentally sabotaged mine. I was in grade nine, and I sat on them by accident, and somehow, the frames got twisted and ruined and I couldn't wear them. I haven't gotten a new pair, though my eyes are getting worse and worse.
It's sad, actually. I'm blind as a bat, but glasses are expensive, and I don't want to put my mom to the trouble, so I just suffer through it. Though I get really severe headaches, so... maybe I should ask her to take me to the optometrist.

I had excellent eyesight until I was fourteen and suddenly in the space of a month or so they went really bad... I didn't want to bother my mother either... but I kept running into things...

Do you not have any optometry coverage in a health plan of some kind, Clover? My mom doesn't get much, but she gets $200 per person every two years for that kind of thing. We still have to fork over some for my contacts, plus whenever anyone needs new frames, but it covers the cost of lenses at least.

Mmm. Eyeglasses are a PAIN. The world would be better if they just stopped writing glass prescriptions and gave us all lazer treatment. XD

Oh hell, I'm sure I'm covered for -everything-. I just feel bad asking, especially because, if we don't, then suddenly its like 300/400 dollars total...which is a burn when mum is paying for tuition, rent, hydro, food and books for university.
And nuuuu... I look cute in glasses!

I lost my glasses at a halloween party... I put them down somewhere and forgot them... I don't think I need them anymore, they were mostly for reading music in band and focusing on the board at the front of the class....

Yeah, some people just look cuter in glasses. ^_^
Also, Limbo I was completely opposite. My eyes corrected themselves.

I think I look better with contacts than glasses. I mean, the glasses aren't -horrible-, but they're not exactly my favourite accessory.

Contacts always just annoyed me...and they're never as good as your gllasses... and they hurt your eyes... and they're hard to put in...
