The -other- half of Ed's personality.
Name: Achar Edwin Withersborrough Nicknames: Achar, Withers, Shark-boy Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 39 Height: 6'4 Weight: Gaunt. Status: Captive/Insane
Favored tools: Intimidation, anything pointy and or goes boom. General skills: Raping, maiming, horrible torture, sword play. Supernatural skills: None. Equipment: A large leather bag, filled with a variety of things to -hurt- people with.
Physical description: Achar is tall and lean. He is far thinner than he should be. He has no idea why, as he consumes ridiculous amounts of food (when able). He wears long, ornate coats and brown leather boots up to his knees. He generally doesn't wear a shirt beneath the jacket. He wears a long, thick chain, upon which is an large, gilded cross. He wears no other jewelry. His trousers are typically loose, ranging from deep navy to black in color. His hair is black, short, with longish bangs reaching to about his cheekbones. By some wonder they remain out of his eyes. Achar does not wear the eyepatch, knowing his two-tone gaze can be rather unnerving. He derives great pleasure from this. He is fair-skinned and prefers to remain that way. His face is long, with a clefted chin. He's almost never clean shaven.
Personality: Achar is sadistic. He is controlling and possessive, with a cruel streak wider than the Atlantic. He enjoys pain; both inflicting and receiving. He's easily amused, and his loyalties are swayed even easier.
History: Achar made himself known when Ed was in his late 20's. The good doctor would black out for a few hours in the beginning, the lapses in memory eventually stretching to encompass whole days. When Ed would "wake" he would find his wife savaged, son beaten, and a veritable court of male lovers awaiting him. Achar didn't much care for Ed's lifestyle, and sought to destroy it. He very nearly succeeded. Ed, seeking to spare his loved ones (and himself) further anguish, closed down his practice, purchased a ship and gathered a crew. When Ed took to sea Achar was incredibly pleased. He tried his hand as a merchant- with very good results. Achar could weasel whatever he wanted out of whomever he wanted it from, and sell it for quite a bit higher. Then a pirate by the name of Elias sailed up and decided Achar's vessel was in better shape than his. And so Elias boarded the ship, killed off the crew and was rather impressed with Achar's composure throughout. He actually flirted, finding Elias to be "cute". Elias had Achar bound and gagged and roughed up a bit, subsequently waking Ed. When the gag was removed, Ed informed a rather surprised Elias he was a doctor and asked if he could treat the wounded. Elias cut Ed loose, though he had him closely monitored. Ed set to work tending to Elias's crew- he never cared who he was tending to, believing it his duty as a doctor and a child of God to treat all he could. Once through, Elias had Ed bound and gagged once again, throwing him into the hold and forgetting him until Achar resurfaced. Elias found the Englishmans unstable mental state to be most entertaining. He kept him on, informing Ed/Achar nightly that he would mostly likely dispose of him in the morning- but never quite got around to it. In fact, Achar crawled up the ranks, finding himself first mate within a few years. Achar had quite a knack for torture and absolutely no moral conscience. Best of all, he could keep his victims alive until he extracted what he or Elias needed- or until he grew bored. Elias became more and more receptive to Achars advances. Both were dominating personalities, scrabbling to control the other. One evening, Achar won; and in so doing found Elias's manhood to be lacking. Entirely. Achar didn't really care, he'd take a woman as soon as he'd take a man. Some evenings Eli even managed to control -him-, a feat a man had never accomplished. He loved her in his way- his cruel, possessive way. Yet wasn't too terribly bothered when Eli was killed by the British Naval forces. Achar is now captive aboard the Evangellion.

Name: Djordi Fawe Nicknames: Geordie, George, Georgette, Georgie Race: Roma Age: 27 Height: 5'7 (and 3/4) Weight: Scrawny Status: Newbie on the Gale
Favored tools: Pistols, knuckle knives, whip
General skills: Hailing from a clan which prided itself on its diversity of skill and trade, Geordie has seen and done most anything. She was taught to tailor her own cloth, cook her own food, break her own horses and mend her own hurts. She was schooled in the ways of animal husbandry and basic carpentry, how to handle pistol and sword, and play pipes. Geordie was raised to be a self-sufficient as well as productive member of her family, and carries that mind-set with her.
Supernatural skills: While it isn't exactly a skill- Geordie is well past superstitious.
Equipment: Geordie carries two fine daggers at her hips, crafted to fit her hands, a pair of pistols and a whip which is mostly for kicks. She also wears a pair of soft, fingerless leather gloves. For aesthetics (and the bite the layer of brass beneath gives her punch).
Physical description: Geordie is not obviously female, nor is she obviously male. It is practically impossible to pin a gender on Geordie simply by looking at her. Even her voice is androgynous. It is evident that Geordie hasn't much time for food- she just maintains a health body weight. She's leanly muscled, well tanned and lightly freckled. Her hair is long, deep mahogany brown and never orderly. It hangs just below her shoulders in wild tangles and the occasional great looping curl. Her face is long, with a rounded chin. She has wide eyes which range from dark brown to hazel. Generally Geordie is found in mens breeches, knee high, soft leather boots, a dark doublet (which is straight and tied next to never) and fairly loose mens shirts.
Personality: She's half mad, most of the time. One often gets the feeling she isn't present in conversation, but when Geordie moves and acts she does it with startling intensity. She's a jovial sort; a bit crass but generally good humored. Raised to be friendly and helpful, she's also of a natural inclination to assist. Though she'll generally aggravate and throw in a good deal of mischief for her charity. While open and seemingly intimate in nature, Geordie takes a long time to truly warm to a person. But once her loyalty is won, she considers the friend kin. Geordie will move mountains for the sake of kin with very little prompting. She possess strong work ethic, and desires little in the way of material goods.
History: Geordie was born beneath a Roma curse to an all-too-superstitious Irish family. Her parents trampled an old Roma woman beneath their cart, and she lay a curse upon her killers with her dying breath. Or so the family thought, in actuality she was asking after her son. The same evening, Geordie was born. It didn't take her parents long to determine something was wrong with their child. Labeling it cursed, they began to work out the best way to be rid of it. Then the Roma came to their door, requesting reparations for their dead. The Irish family gave the Roma their due, rather willingly. Baskets of food, a few blankets and shirts. Their generosity became suspect when far down the road, a basket began to wail. When the Roma tried to return the child, the family refused to lay claim to the baby. Moved to pity the unwanted babe, the Roma took her with them, gracing her with the name Djordi. Djordi took the surname Fawe round-abouts Scotland, as did much of her family. The Roma use two names, one amongst their family, and another to all others. To most of the world Djordi is known as Geordie; her family and a select few are privy to her other name. Geordie traveled about with a group of her cousins until she was about 23. They took on many different kinds of work, splitting their lives between land and sea. Recently, she's been traveling alone, having finally decided to eek a life out as a pirate.

I make character!
Name: Alice Nicknames: Ali Race: human Gender: female Age:26 Height: 5’6” Weight: 120lbs Status: ex-librarian, currently a wanderer and chef.
Favoured tools: A good book, sturdy pot and sharp kitchen knife (all which may be used for violent or merely domestic means, depending on which side of the bed she woke up on or if she’s PMSing at the time XD ) General skills: A wonderful chef though sometimes she likes to try new things that don’t always go over so well with those on the receiving end of her ‘creations’. She has a knack for languages and she usually can quickly learn enough to make herself understood. Supernatural skills: other than having her knack for languages, none. Equipment: carries along an old beaten leather bag with some old texts of special value to her and a few good kitchen supplies as well as various other necessities for living.
Physical description: Ali is of a more slender build. She has clear blue eyes and ink black hair that falls to just below her shoulder blades. She has tiny silver hoop earrings that run up the side of her left ear.
Personality: Alice was always really timid as a child. She was an wonderful student and used to burry herself in books or her studies. Due to her shy nature other kids used to tease her often. Her parents brushed it off as being all a part of her “development of character” and never worried about it but her older brother Adrian decided one day she should develop a backbone and took it upon himself to teach her. He succeeded and though she still is quiet, calm and reserved if you push her hard enough she will bitch slap you like nobody’s business. History: while in school Ali began working at a local bookstore. When she was 15 her brother (21 at the time) left home to go travel. He sent back letters to home about all the wonders he was seeing which piqued Alice’s interest about life outside her small town. When she turned 20 she moved to a busy city by the harbour where she got a job working in the archives of a library. Not too long after the stories she heard from all the sailors intrigued her about life in other towns and other nations and thus her wanderings began. She currently is a sort of freelance chef, cooking for crews or in inns/taverns in exchange for food, transport or lodgings.
Image: to be added if I can find one/draw one(unlikely)/get someone to draw one for me.
