Yesterday, i was one of the 30,000 people to see the Holy Father at the youth group rally at St. Joseph's Seminary in Yonkers, NY.
You can actually se my friends on channel 3, i tink it was. I was almost on camera 2-4 times, except reporters put their heads in the way. (If you saw it, my group was wearing LIME green shirts.)
I'll put pictures up, if anyone wants, but right now my computer isn't recognising the photo card. =[
Kelly Clarkson performed, and so did Toby Mac (who called us all Jesus Freaks...)

yea, only there was no shade, and you were prohibited from bringing ANY kind of container. so that all equals no sun screen (i forgot to put it on at home) and no one could find the medic tent.
so i kept thinking i was hearing my one friend call my name. and i thought i saw another friend of mine (niether were there). i told my friend that did go and told me to go lie down. XD
and i'm as red as a lobster right now. So when my sister (who didin't go) and her friends (who did go with my group. you can see them the most on tv) took me to ihop so i didn't collapse (chicken fingers and fries don't last longer than 12 ours for me) people were staring at us in our lime green shirts, papal journey hats, and matching sunburn.

Apparently my family wants me to go to italy so i can speak latin to the pope. Mom's told me i should go work in the vatican but I keep reminding her that i'm pretty sure you have to be at least a little religious

Did you see the pope-mobile??? I have always wanted to see the pope-mobile. I assure you that it would not be because I would laugh so hard if the back cage fell off.
I was in St. Petes around easter when he was holding a ceremony. All points were lost on me because I am Jewish... and don't understand Catholic Latin.

I had an interesting Latin experience the other day. Was watching Stargate SG1: the ark of truth ( is good) and one of the people mutter something in an foreign language (they used Latin) and was intrigued by the fact I pretty much knew what he said before they gave the translation of it. Fox: you are back. You seemed to have disappeared for a while I noticed.

Fox: you are back. You seemed to have disappeared for a while I noticed. Mild deviation warning. I am back. I was extremely busy and still am, but I will try not to disappear again.
