Federal is $8, I'm pretty sure. They've got to pay whichever is higher, anyway, but the fact that the state wants to pay $6.79 amuses the piss out of me.

How can you live with 5.15 bucks an hour? That's the money I made babysitting, when I was 12. ![O_o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/browraise.png) ;

Damn. Rent heres not bad- my cousin just got a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house + pool and she's payin $1500 for it. And the thing came fully furnished. With new, nice furniture. Like I kind of hate her. Granted that doesn't include utilities, but it beats the shit out of Connecticut. Connecticut you paid $800 a month for a one bedroom closet in the worst part of one of the most crime ridden cities in the state; and it didn't include utilities and certainly didn't come with a friggen king sized bed and a pool.
I will never return to the frozen north. Fuck that place, fuck that place; I repeat, fuck that place.

Lol. In here, you can get a two bedrooms for anywhere between 350 and 2000 dollars a month. Montreal is such a ... weird city. The difference between the rim and the downtown is so big, it feels like you're in a different place.
My appartment has 3 bedrooms, and is 870 bucks a month, only for the rent. Considering where it is, we got a crazy good deal. o=
