I got that impression, but I don't remember why. Tell that to my little siblings. Brats.

oh wow....leave for a few hours and there's like 3 new pages of plannings.... I admitt to still listening to that stuff!!! Then again there's not much I don't listen to....pretty sure you shouldn't let me bring music. I have a feeling clover would kill me for at least half of what i'd bring. But I do have pretty much every single Great Big Sea cd (going to Newfoundland that may be appropriate) and Flogging Molly go for the coolest! And someone better bring a pirate/vampirate flag! and we should dress as pirates for at least a portion of it!!!! technically I'm still a total stranger to everyone. I never made it to any of the cons so this'll be my first meeting everyone. Also about the driving. I will most definitely be needing a navigator seeing as a) I'll have no clue in hell where I am and b) even here (at home) I have slight issues with directions. "Slight" in the way that it's a continual family joke about how I'm shit with directions. Very good driver. Just HORRIBLE with knowing where roads and things are.

Clovaaaa: A hangover is actually the BEST way to start a road trip. Done and proved. Just bring gravols. You make me giggle. Why would we want to avoid the Quebec city traffic? There's -no- traffic in Quebec city. I never said not to go to Gaspesie, I said not to go to Gaspe; a town in Gaspesie. The twon of Perce is a lot nicer. Pirate flag is a must, hanging high and proud atop our mighty, time-worn vessel. Camping is free, guys. Don't believe the tourist traps. D=< Ankhiale: I can attest everyone on this website can be trusted. Except me. I'm french. Also, lol, oldie. <.< I can drive! =D

Ankh, I'm sure you're more than welcome. I mean, yeah. We all kinda just met up without knowing eachother. My mom actually took my computer monitor away for something like 3 months because she found out I was talking to some strange guy in Montreal that I'd never met. Then I went over to his house for two weeks without telling her >=D GIGANTIC CANADIAN COCK.

No, great big sea sucks balls compared to The Jolly Rogers.
If we're dressing as pirates, I am NOT making everyone's costumes, get them yourself. >=o
...Pat.. giggling is a girl thing. D=>
Gigantic Canadian cocks on the other hand...((probably in both, actually D=))

If I do end up coming, I can navigate if someone reminds me to get a decent map.
(You really don't want me driving. There's a reason I failed driver's ed. Repeatedly.)
Alas, I have no music to contribute, unless anyone wants to listen to gregorian chants and the random Swedish pop song.

No fears; I've got a GPS!
Also, Swedish pop? I've got Basshunter, but I guess that's more techno/club ish?

I've got some pretty random music to listen to, ranging from 80s pop/rock (The Smiths, anyone?) to classical/metal (Trans-Siberian Orchestra) to modern British indie/ska stuff (Libertines, Fight the Bear, and others) to punk (Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Pogues) and Thor knows what else. Quite a lot of it is good driving music, although that may just be because I like singing along to stuff when I drive and a lot of it I know well enough to sing along.

Oh, I also have a bunch of completely random DDR songs. And random songs my brother and sister have given me.
And a translation of Beowulf on CD, but that's not really good to drive to.

Quite the reverse, I think. When I'm on a long drive, I get tired of listening to music really easily, so I listen to the Harry Potter audiobooks instead.
