I know that technically, this forum is about different regions in Canada, but I think there should be an Honorable mention of the ice here since it does cover almost anyplace in Canada sometime in the year. (And really, why should the snow take all the glory, eh?)
So, what can we say about ice? It's cold and slippery. So slippery in fact that you can figure skate and play hockey! Yay! So sad though that I can't walk on solid ground, nonetheless skate on ice...
So slippery that the last time there was ice I slipped so hard, I slid across a whole street (from one side of the sidewalk, to the other sidewalk on the opposite end) and stopped two cars and a bus. The bus driver came out and asked if I was still alive. And my kind, and caring Canadian friend was on the sidewalk, laughing her hat off, and telling the bus driver it's all in a days work for me and that we would be doing a favour to all those who walk in front of me if he just left me there. It's nice to have friends like her. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy...
Ice is an important part of Canada, no? I think that if we all come together and worship it, maybe, just maybe I'll slip less. (Please, I'll give you a cookie!)

Yay, we're getting sidewalks this summer ^.^...so happy about that....
Anyway, Ice is important even in America, so we should make it the God of at least the Midwest too, if not the Northeast. But, yeah, Ice. I like ices. Mmm, ices...

Should we write one for snow as well? A snow storm sent us home and we missed a test last winter! Ah, fond memories.

No, ice makes me split my head open and snow makes me miss a test. I have good boots. My toes don't get cold.

Very evil. Have you seen my first post? Let me summarise.
-slipped on ice -almost hit my 2 cars and a bus -hands bleeding -many bruises -laughing evil Canadian friend
See? And another time I was walking to school and fell spralled on the ice in front of some preschoolers. They helped me up, and told me I was a silly girl, and walked me to school incase I fall again.
And then once, this icicle fell on my head and it started bleeding. My evil Canadian friend laughed, and told me if I don't get rid of the blood, she'll jump on me and drink it...
Hmm...I feel I'm giving a rant here...
