It's that time of the year again! French-Canadia's version of St-Patrick's day: St-John's day! Quebec, even if it's nothing more than a province, has its own little patriotic national holiday on june 24th. Thus, every year, people party and remember that they're proud to be frenchies. <3
There aren't that many french-Canadian reading Vampirates, but regardless, I wish you all a very happy St-John's day, with lots of fun and cheap frenchie booze. =D

I WORK CANADA DAY! Pooooooooppy!
Y_Y I don't even get to get drunk! I missed Pride Week, I missed Pride Parade, I missed Fathers/Mother's/St PATRICK'S DAY, -and- now I'm missing Canada Day.
I am so not amused. As a matter of fact, I am SO unamused.

Unless you're like, from Calgary.

We go to mexican restaurants for the fourth of July... Just because it is an American based restaurant doesn't mean that people won't go there for Canada Day...

Actually, we'll pry get really busy, since we have a patio, and we have cheap food, and people won't want to cook. Its an informal atmosphere, so we'll likely get HAMMERED.
It'll suck. Also, today at lunch was ricockulous. I almost cried. Mind, though, I pulled the weight of two servers who were 'weeded' [aka REALLY swamped] and managed to keep the front of the house working. It was madcore. Even the manager wrote a note on the kitchen whiteboard: "THANK YOU, TABI, FOR YOUR AMAZING TEAMWORK". I was like, "whoo fucking hoo". Though ten hour shift = the suck. I'm making money, though, so that's nice. ^_^
