Hello everyone! I'm back! Two months in Maine as a counselor at an all-girls' summer camp has left me more tan and probably less sane (and poor -- damn you, Portland!).
So! Have I missed anything? I certainly missed you all! :3

It's gone back to 'check the forum once a day' as opposed to 'check the forum once an hour', basically(though sometimes there isn't even a new post every day).

Acie said it. It's been kind of dead, Mishi, and we've all kind of been low-profile for a while. I've been working 12 hour days 3 days a week, and then had that surgery from a horror movie, so. Hopefully while I'm covalescing, I'll have a bit more free time.
How was your girl's-camp experience? Meet any cute counsellors? >:}

Yes, Acilf. It was me that got fired. Stupid boss. She wants two weeks off so she calls head office and has Josh fire me. *grumbles*
So, I only get half of my pay, and I don't get the next full pay I was going to get. That's a pay and a half I was jipped of! Srysly!
But what happened to me has nothing on what happened to Clover! D: I hope that never has to happen to you again, or anything remotely similar, for that matter! *luffles Clover* D8
AND WELCOME BACK, MISAKI. *glomp*

Aw, hello everyone. :3 Sounds like it's been rather slow -- but good wishes to those who had surgery!
Cute counselors? Not many! Because it was an all-girls' camp, most of the staff was female, and most of the guys were unattractive or too old, but there were two very cute guys from the U.K.! I made some really good friends, too, which means that I'm planning on traveling to Scotland and Amsterdam this winter or next summer, wahahaha.
It was a good time, though I really only liked the girls that I had. It costs $10,000 to go there, so you can guess the types of kids and families that sent their kids there...and the attitudes they had. But. It was good fun nonetheless (like the night we had 'counselor hunt,' which was basically a giant game of hide-and-seek where the kids tried to find us, and me and my friend hid under a fallen tree in a brook for an hour--and the kids still found us!).
Oh, but Clover! And Pat! I was planning on coming up to Montreal & Toronto sometime this week with a few people from camp, but then I decided against it because I have to move next weekend, and I kind of need to get organized. D': (Also, I am going to buy some rats.)

Why rats, out of curiosity? That just seemed like a random addition to your story(not to say anything against rats, they're really neat, or at least, I like them).

awe... s'ok, Misaki. I'm not too much fun at the moment, what with my crutches and stitches and percosets. I'm a bit of a gimp currently. >XD

Sounds like you had fun, Misaki. Y'know, besides the inevitably bratty kids.
Don't worry Clover. I'm sure that soon enough, girls will come flocking from everywhere to cosset you and nurse you back to health! Now, if you could just convince a couple of them to wear nurse uniforms while they do it.... Also, a friend of mine once said, when I had hurt my leg and was limping horribly, "You are a gimp. I know this because you don't have a parrot." Apparently, having a parrot on your shoulder distracts people from your gimpiness. So all we need to do is get you a parrot! ...Failing that, we can just stick Treble around your neck and call her a substitute parrot.

Ferrets are just ground parrots.

Actually, Treble is a suitable replacement for a parrot. I approve of this idea--and I am looking into the whole attractive-female-cossetting thing. Totally looking into it.
And man, school so soon. So I must go shopping. And lose weight. *sigh* Preferably the latter before the former.
Also, perc's make me ridiculously drowsy. It sucks.

Ground parrots? That would explain a lot of things. Or absolutely nothing!
